Hello Access India, I want to share this interesting post Some of you Skype users may find this quite interesting. Use Skype with your regular telephone and record your calls! I've had Skype for years but rarely used it. It was just too awkward because I was usually using my microphone for something else and I could never answer the computer fast enough when someone called. Now I use Skype for everything but local calls. With Skype, calls within the States and Canada are free until whenever and anywhere else I call in the world is two cents per minute. The thing that changed is the "Internet Phone Wizard" from Actiontec Electronics / VOSky. It's just a little USB device that I plug my regular telephone into. You can optionally plug your line from the wall into it. When I pick up the handset I get my regular dial tone. If I push the pound key twice I get the Skype dial tone. Now I just dial the number I want from the phone or the computer. When a Skype call comes in the phone gives two short rings. I just pick up the handset and talk. A bonus is that my "Internet Phone Wizard" shows up in the "Wave" tab of Sound Forge's "Preferences" so I can record my calls whether they be through Skype or the regular phone service. You can probably find it less expensive elsewhere but the "Internet Phone Wizard" is $75 from Chirping Bat, includes shipping.
