Rajesh,

1. The jobs have been identified for the last 2 years at least for the
partially sighted and no one has brought this point up.
2. also the National Federation of the Blind has filed this PIL in 2003 and
the matters have been coming up for the last 3 years fairly regularly. NF B
has not objected therefore the Courts are going to get mad now. We should
have challenged this category when it was first realised. Now we are going
to have to turn back the clock and all the work done.

3. I am not sure that only the jobs for the partially sighted are being
advertised. I have seen about 20 recent advertisements. The jobs identified
for the totally blind are also advertised. If you have another opinion
please help me by pointing out which particular one.

If you find any other problems please let me know and I will be able to take
it up now that I am involved.
   Regards
Kanchan Pamnani
