Hi All, In a Lenovo ThinkPad X-230 Laptop I am not able to install JAWS, tried with JAWS 15, 16, 17 and 18 issue is Once the installation started it keeps getting hung up at the audio intercept at 44 percent. both OS and WDF Drivers are updated, and matching the Freedom scientific requirements, as they suggested I even tried to install just the video intercept file from Freedom Scientific and it hangs up in the middle.
In other end I tried to run installer from the Original JAWS set which has all the components with in the single folder, but could not succeed. The System is ThinkPad X-230 11.5 Inch, with original Windows 7 Professional, I uninstalled “antimalware programs” and Internet was connected while installation. Is this issue happening due to missing of any Microsoft components or any permission needs to be changed?? Any thoughts on how to solve this?
