I'm just curious why do they need to exempt you from issuing Platform
tickets? wouldn't it be an easy task? believe you just need to press a
button and ticket will get printed and you just need to issue by collecting
the amount.

For people who want to show their anger, they would do anyway... In
general, when a passenger comes to counter, it would be good to greet the
person at the counter (I always do that).
