Hi Kriti,
I'm not holding any demo sessions, the fact that I offered to show both the devices to you because at this moment I'm having both of them with me which came to me for testing purpose. We already had held some demo sessions at AICB Delhi few months back. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kriti Banga" <[email protected]> To: "AccessIndia: a list for discussing accessibility and issues concerning the disabled." <[email protected]>

Hi Vikas,

Thanks for the jesture. But I am based in Mumbai, and if anything is
possible in terms of the demo session here in future, then please do let me

Kind Regards,

Hi,
By residences I will asume you mean anywhere in india. :)

I considered the BrailleMe specially so because they and I are both located
in mumbai so warranty if any should not be an issue.
However certain limitations of the brailleme make me think the orbit is far
better than the brailleme. I.E the 40kb file limit? no sub directory
support just reads files in the first directory and so on.
Braillemes refresh rate though seems to be slightly better than that of the
orbit reader though the orbit reader feels much more crisp to the fingers
from what I have read of users experiences.
Cheers.
