it would be nice if you extend this to the other languages in the other
states too.
just talking the reality, there are technologies today to read almost every
languages in India but, how many books are available in unicode?
there are accessible reading infrastructures but, not the content.
it is mainly to do with the social mentality in general I feel.
just my thoughts.
