Hi Vivek Sir, I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for sharing the update regarding the Indian Railway E Concession Card. However, I and several others have encountered some confusion while navigating the railway website. Upon signing up and logging into the railway website, we noticed three options at the top. The first two options allow us to download a concession form, and the third option is to apply for a railway card. When selecting the apply option, it asks for a concession certificate, but there is no option to attach the UDID and expired concession card, as you mentioned in your email.
Could you please provide more detailed steps or guidance on where exactly we can find the renewal option? Your assistance in clarifying this process would be greatly appreciated.
