Nothing is simple when it comes
to the government websites. That said, are you
performing this on windows or doing this on your
iPhone? Though I was able to create an account
somewhere in 2022 without any issues. The procedure
is of course complexed but it can be achieved. I

The IRCTC registration
process is infuriating! The date of birth
field is a non-editable field that forces you
to use a calendar popup, which is a nightmare
for anyone born in the 70s. You have to click
through endless months and years just to get
to your birthdate. And to add insult to
injury, even after completing all the fields,
I wasn't able to create an account without any
error messages or feedback. What a frustrating
experience! Why can't they design a simple,
user-friendly registration process?!
