Hello sir, As far as notice, there is no discrimination to contest to
assemblies and parliament. but the thing is to contest in the election is is
very expansive effair. Usually Most of blinds are not well off. If any
political party supports us, then only we can do our better. Public have a
belief that a blind is a dependent. First of all let us try to prove
ourselves. so I'm asking all of us to come forword and fight to get our
minimum requirements.
