Hi All, Need a help!, could you please explain, How an Accessible Traphic signal works? if there is any 4 cross or 3 way path, how a visually challenged can use this facility? I mean How to understand which way traffic stoped?
Is there any rules regarding Accessibility of traffic signals? Kindly share...
