Recently, I stumbled upon some Oracle TDP backups that had become
abandoned/out of sync with RMAN by about 6-years.

Talking with the DBA folks, I found out they have never run tdposync on
their numerous Oracle TDB backups - always just synching from the RMAN
side, thus causing dozens of TB worth of abandoned Oracle backups.

They tried to run tdposync but cannot get past the "# Oracle connection
string" issue to determine what value to use.

Can someone give us some guidance on how to determine this value?
