Hi Vincent, The AdWords API reports' support for App Campaigns is limited. For Universal App Campaign, the report types supporting this are listed here. For more information on the supported campaign types / sub types in the AdWords API, you can refer to the below fields of the Campaign Performance Report :
AdvertisingChannelType AdvertisingChannelSubType Moving forward, in order to retrieve ad group data of your App Install campaigns, I would recommend that you use the Google Ads API's reporting instead as this API has broader support for different types of campaigns. The full list of supported campaign types in this API are listed in the below campaign report fields : campaign.advertising_channel_type campaign.advertising_channel_sub_type Now, to retrieve your ad groups, you can then use the ad_group report instead.
