It seams that functions widgets::get_canditate_widgets and
widgets::get_page_not_found_widgets return widgets in the same order but
in rendering the order of widgets, for page not found error, is not the
same as for normal layout (for instance if I call
http://aikiServer.com/error_404 directly and http://aikiServer.com/non-
existed-page).
It seams that parents don't hold children inside.
