For example,
for 1: divisor is only 1 so,
answer is magic(1) = 1 [since (1,1,1,1,1,...,1,1)  is the only list
possible.]

for 2: divisors are 1 and 2
answer is [magic(1) + magic(2)] % 10^8

for 3:
answer is [magic(1) + magic(3)] % 10^8

for 4:
answer is [magic(1) + magic(2) + magic(4)] % 10^8

by ordered list means :
(1,1,1,1,1,....1,2) is different from (1,1,1,1,1,....,2,1)......
that is order of all integers in the list is important.
