------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jan 19 07:27:15 -0800 2005 ------- (I'm using the Brazilian Portuguese version of OOo 1.1.2. In the instructions below I'm guessing at the English labels.) Do the following: - Create a new, empty presentation. - Save it and take note of its size (in my case it was 7213 bytes) - Format -> Area -> Bitmaps -> Import - Import a picture - Click OK. - Format -> Page -> Background -> Bitmap - Select the picture previously imported and click OK. - Click Yes to make it the background to all pages. - Save it again and take notice of its size (my case: 27293 bytes) - Format -> Page -> Background -> None - Click Yes to make the background to all pages blank. - Format -> Area -> Bitmaps - Select the picture previously imported and click Exclude (Remove?) - Click Ok. - Save it again and take notice of its size (my case: 27565 bytes) The problem is that the picture remains in the presentation even though I tried to get rid of all references to it. I openned the zip file and could verify that the picture was still there. There are two or three references to it in the styles.xml file that I can edit out by hand and re-zip the file, but I could not make them disappear via the OOo interface. Am I missing something here? --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
