2005 -------
This is what I get with my 2.0.0rc1_050923 (installed from binary) version,
czech langpack.

(1a) Not possible to set formating to `#,##\<space>\A_B\C`, because of the first
backslash+space. If you use only `#,##<space>\A_B\C`, then it is not valid. Try
only `#,##\<space>`. No change to formatting is done (I cannot see anything,
also nothing in formatting dialog). I can try this several times and no space
appears after a number. This is a clear bug for me (priority 2).

I also figured out problem with saving to XLS format, where the backslash+space
is saved as space only - this is not processed by Excel and then also not
processed by OpenOffice (save to XLS and open it with OpenOffice again) - also
see note at the end.

(1b) Try to use formatting `#,##"<space>"_A_B`. You should see the change
immediately (not as in 1a). Try to save this to XLS format and open it again.
Formatting is broken - `#,##<space>_A_B` - nothing displayed. This is maybe
problem of exporting/importing XLS files.

(2) When you go to formatting dialog, it should show original `#,##A_BC`, not
`#,##A<space><space>C` - if you use _W, then it is like <space><space><space>,
which do not correspond to real width of W (so the function is not working,
replacing the real width of character with spaces is not generally a good idea).
If you save the same into XLS format, the formatting is retained (shown as
`#,##\A_B\C`).

Note: I found troubles with this while operating XLS file, which contained
format `#,##\<space>_A_B`. After opening in OpenOffice and storing back in XLS I
had format (in Excel) `#,##<space>_A_B`, which is invalid.

Everything what I wanted to show should be done like this: Do some change and
look back in formatting dialog, if it is shown the same way (same format as
enterred or equal). Save into the file and open the file again (try both ODS and
XLS formats). Check the number shown in cell and also formatting dialog, if the
highlited line still contains correct (unchanged) format.
