Table of Contents (TOC) uses page numbering format 1,2,3. When the page
numbering format is i, ii, iii, (Roman format), the TOC does take this format.
See sample from OOo.Writer and M$.Word. M$.Word does it correctly. OOo.Writer's
TOC should be able to take whatever page numbering format in the page, e.g.
Chinese numbering, Roman, etc.
