This only happens when assigning the outline numbering via Format.Numbering
dialog and the faulty "0, 0, 0 ..." counting result will appear. When the faulty
counting from issue 57312 is fixed, this will also work correctly. Thus I will
mark this as duplicate of issue 57312.
