Precise steps taken to replicate the bug: 1. Open Office 2. Click File > Wizards > Fax 3. Click the 'X' button to close the application on the top-right in the 'Fax Wizard' Dialog. -> The Wizard does not cancel (as stated by author) The same problem was with 'Letter Wizard' and 'Agenda Wizard' found through Letter and Agenda, respectively, under the same menu. All the other wizards under the same menu worked correctly.
