2006 -------
SBA: OK on my Win2000, reproducible on SUSE 9.4 with Gnome.
I regard this as a P3 issue because the user can not easily detect the problem
i.e. when the arrow keys don't do anything and while keeping on typing WITHOUT a
cursor - well - this is not exactly what a user should experience.
Target set to OOo 2.03.
SBA->PL: Looks like VCL, doesn't it?
