This is an issue that I found in the course of trying out the "Export to PDF"
function of the OpenOffice.org Calc component.

Whenever one tries to export a portion of an existing file using the SELECTION
method, and the user does not specify a selection among the cells in the
spreadsheet, instead of giving an error, the program works on the whole active
page itself.

Exporting a selection should only include a "selection". The system should
return an error/ask the user to select a certain portion of the spreadsheet or
the test should result a blank PDF file. What happens is the system still
exports the file. It exports the whole sheet that the user is currently working,
treating it as if the user selected it.
