Having a picture with anchor "to page" is changed to "to character" when reloading the document. This does not happend with odt format. Step by step: Open writer. Menu-Insert-Picture-From File Choose a file and open Right click on picture Anchor->To Page Menu-File-Save Filename: test Save as type: Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP (.doc) Click Save button Menu-File-Reload done.
