This is not a bug of OOo. OOo isn't integrated into MS Products and therefore
can not be used to spellcheck anything in Outlook Express or alike.
Also this is a support question. Such things are answered on the mailing list
especially [EMAIL PROTECTED]
So please stop using Issuetracker as a support tool, your questions will never
be answered.
