OO.o does not display by default (even in pi mode) references to anchors which
do not exist anymore.

This means when a text anchor disappears all its references vanish from the
display (but are still embedded in the document)

This makes this kind of breakage difficult to detect, and cause interop problems
with other office suites. Word for example will display broken references, so a
document which appears clean in OO.o will be very messed up when viewed in your
PHB word
