AW: Looks like the RefDevice at the SDrModel is not set. I checked, it's inited
with NULL and needs to be set from the application. I guess it is not set in all
cases to something useful.
AW->AF: I checked diffs in sd between SetRefDevice-calls in sd, m145 used 15,
m181 uses 13. In sd/source/ui/view it reduced from 3 to 2 in Outliner.cxx and
from 2 to 1 in outlview.cxx. Hope this is a hint why the RefDevice is not set at
the model when TextEdit is acticated.
