After discussion with MBA we have decided not to integrate the change into the
package component, since it does a big change is the very critical part of the
code ( the change seems to be correct, but the dangare is to high ). But since
it does not save that much memory, it does not make sence to risk integrating
it.
But one problem, that was found and fixed by Michael Meeks still must be fixed -
the duplication of the entries in "zipfileaccess.cxx" ( actually it brings the
most benefit ). So I am changing the summary accordingly.
