In this case the template component tries to update the document title ( since the template name is template title ). And the changing of the title fails. Actually this is no real regression, since the old component couldn't change the title also, but in this case it didn't report the error ( that is wrong since if after such an insertion somebody will update the template cache the inserted template will be renamed according the template title ). Also the scenario is not used in the UI scenarios. So the problem is reproducible only using API.
