Most of those things are already available since OOo 2.0.3 (see the "Initial
View" and "User interface" pages of the pdf export dialog).
However there is no magification factor in a document. What could be done is an
open action which switches to a particular page on opening a document and sets
the zoom factor. We can do that.
Bookmarks are created automatically, however i don't see how one would influence
the viewer application to open them automatically.
