I checked with "2.0.2 German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]", also "2.0.3
German version WIN XP: [680m7(Build904)]" and was not able to reproduce the
problem:

My test:

0. Opened OOo
1. Menu "File - New - Spreadsheet"
cell cursor now marks cell 'A1'
2. mouseclick into input pane
3. '=2*9'
4. <enter>
Result "18" is shown in 'A1' (as expected), cell cursor now marks cell 'B1'
5. Menu "File - Close", button <Save>, saved as 'test.ods'
6. Menu "File - Recent Files" and reopen 'test.ods'
7. Key 'cursor left' vo move cell cursor to 'A1'
"18" shown in 'A1', '=2*9' shown in input pane
8. <F2>
as expected, View of 'A1' changes to '=2*9'
Can not confirm anything unexpected as the highlighted rows.
