I agree, for a newbe it's not easy to find the Issue Tracker. May be it's a
feature to prevent IZ from newbe reports of simple user errors? ;-)
Who ever reported a bug only has add an issue tracker page to his bookmarks or
to click the issue link in the mail he received after the report, the rest is "a
piece of cake". So I do not see any necessity to add a more prominent link for
IZ.
