For example when attempting to enter a "new" issue one is presented with the
following list of components:

Chart: This is the chart application for data charts and plots.
Database access: This is the database access for the applications.
Drawing: This is the drawing application for vector and bitmap drawings.
Formula editor: This is the formula editor.
Installation: This is the installation program.
Presentation: This is the presentation application.
Spreadsheet: This is the spreadsheet application.
...

Notice how "Database access" seems to refer to generic database connectivity for
all applications. Yet after installing Openoffice 1.9m79 I have a list of
applications which includes one called "Base", yet there is no corresponding
component listed here as one might expect it would read:

Installation: This is the installation program.
Presentation: This is the presentation application.
Spreadsheet: This is the spreadsheet application.
["Base": This is the database application.]
...

I'll even give it a shot at recommending a label for this new app that might be
both unique enough to make searches easier, and meaningful as to the function it
provides. How about "Openbase"?
