However, "spreadsheet" isn't the right component for localization issues, "l10n" is. As the header says we also never patch localize.sdf files directly because other processes are involved with UI translation updates and the file would get overwritten upon the next update. Instead, the changes should go into the very next GSI file to be submitted by the Chinese localization team. I'm forwarding this issue. Stefan, please reassign to the appropriate localization owner.
