------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Apr 28 02:57:32 +0000 2007 ------- I am not sure how to test this. MySQL 5.0.x does not support renaming of views. You can drop it and recreate it. Using OOo 2.2 Stable I am not offered the option to rename a view. ( The only driver that I have seen where Base offers to rename a view is MS Access, and that works just fine. ) I opened a Base file connecting to MySQL 5.0.37 server with JDBC 3.1.13. Created a view, then used MySQL Administrator to drop and recreate the view with a new name, while the Base file was open to the tables list. When I tried then to open the new renamed view Base simply reported an error, as it should have. Doing 'View>Refresh Tables' updates the tables list to show the view with the new name, replacing the now missing view name. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
