Enter the values 3 in B5, 10 in B7, and 11 in D7. Conditionally format cell D7 to turn red if it's value is less than SUM(OFFSET(D4;0;1;1;$B5))+$B7 Enter the values 1 in E4 and 1 in F4: Cell D7 should turn red but it does not. Move the active cell to the right until cell D7 disappears from view and then move the active cell back to D7. Cell D7 is now red. Delete the value 1 from cell F4. The red background from cell D7 should disappear but it does not. Move the active cell to the right until cell D7 disappears from view and then move the active cell back to D7.
