Add checkbox to the printing-dialogue that allows the user to disable/enable
the printing of the background in e.g. presentations.

Background-images might look good in colour and on a big screen, yet in
greyscale and maybe even as a handout they often just obscure the text, so the
user should be able to disable them via a checkbox.

Most users as in
http://openoffice.blogs.com/openoffice/2005/11/printing_handou.html suggest to
print as black and white, which is just a crude workaround and only works
since most background have more than one colour.
