------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Oct 3 15:51:05 +0000 2007 ------- I replaced OpenOffice 2.2 with 2.3 today on a Windows XP system. Its installation verified as 100%. After installing it, I opened a existing XML spreadsheet, saved under Calc 2.2, revised it and tried to resave the revised spreadsheet back as XML again. It errored out and would not save under XML. So I had to save it as a XLS file instead. I then uninstalled OpenOffice 2.3 and reinstalled it. Again it said it verified as 100%, but when I tried to resave the file under XML, it hung up again and errored out.
