confirming - this happens also with 680m88
The problem seems to be the paragraph style "First Heading 1" (maybe others as
well).
Opening in OOo 1.1.4 the style will not cause any page breaks. After saving as
.odt, it has a "Pagebreak before" defined.
(realigned summary, set prio to p3)
