with the suggested workflow, the spreadsheet (datasource) gets locked, when used
in writer -> you cannot edit the datasource and the problem of refreshing does
not occure
if the spreadsheet is opened first (before using it in writer) it can be
correctly refreshed by closing / reopening the data source.
