I also had seen this error once on my machine. Unfortunately I can not reproduce
it. It would help me a great deal to fix this issue if someone can give me a
step by step instruction how to create this data loss (the less steps the
better).
The given bugdocs confirm me that we indeed have such a bug but they do not help
me to find the problem since the data is already lost.
I suspect it has something to do with editing a table and then saving the
document without leaving the text edit mode. But looks like it is not that
simple...
