[Steps]
1. Create a(n) Writer/Impress doc.
2. "Insert" -> "Chart" to insert a chart. In chart edit mode, "Insert" ->
"Title", and type any words in any field of the six text-box in "Titles" dialog,
e.g., type "TEST" in subtitle text-box, press OK button.
3. "Format" -> "Title" -> "Subtitle...", select "Alignment" bar in "Title"
dialog, enable the "Vertically stacked" checkbox and press OK button.
4. Double click the "TEST" subtitle in chart to enter edit mode, which the text
frame border displayed, then click the blank space on the writer page to quit
the edit mode.

[Result]
The spacing between letters/characters of the subtitle increase. Operate step 4
once, the spacing increace once.
