The file file_to_paste.ods has its basis date set to 01.01.1900, the file
file_to_copy.ods has its basis date set to 30.12.1899. For the direct copy&paste
with the button in the symbol bar or ctrl-c/ctrl-v the internal date number is
copied, this leads to different dates in the view, if the basis settings are
different.

To solve your problem, you have different ways:

After you have copied a date with this simple copying, change the basis date of
the target document to the same basis as in the source document. You will see
the right date now. Of cause you can also change the basis date first and then
paste the date. You find the basis setting in Tools > Options > OOo Calc >
Calculate.

If you need the target document in the "wrong" basis setting, then you should
not use this simple copy-paste, but use the clipboard-formats "unformated text"
or "rich text format rtf". These formats holds the dates as there are viewed in
the spreadsheet, not the internal number. The internal number is then calculated
new, based on the basis date in the target document. If you use the
clipboard-formats "Calc8" or "HTML", then the internal number is pasted. You can
access the different clipboard-formats with the triangle besides the paste
button in the symbol bar.
