This is not a dup of bug #22975.

This one is broader: the "read-only-concept" must be changed.

The only feature that must be disabled in a read-only file is "Save". It's
simpler to use, simpler to understand and simpler to implement (avoiding several
bugs).

I often open a read-only file, make some changes (or just some calculations in
the spreadsheet) and, after that, I decide if I want to save a copy of it or
not. Many times I just discard the changes, that's why I don't want to have to
save a copy before I can make changes.
