I'd like to have that, but: the IM switching methods are expose via one function
gtk_im_multicontext_append_menuitems, which adds the menu items you can see in
other applicatins. Alas this needs a gtk popup menu to work, which OOo does not
have; we'd need to use native menus for that to work ... which we cannot really
do.
