In HeadNum.odt, parags a, b, f are heading4's; parags c, d, e are Numbering3;
why is 'f' not 'c', following 'b'?
Check Tools>OutlineNumbering>Numbering, level 4: Number is a, b, c...
Now, click numbering off parag a, then on: the heading4's are now labelled 1, 2,
6! Indeed, outline numbering at level 4 is now 1, 2, ..! Changing the numbering
of an item should not alter the (general) OutlineNumbering
