Select a part of text in SWriter. Using Format->Character->font effects, convert
the selected text to all caps. Now, copy the changed text to clip-board and
paste it in another editor (like KWrite in Linux or Notepad in XP). The pasted
text appears with the same case before case conversion was effected. That is,
the pasted text is not in all caps.
