This is a problem with copy/paste from a web page to OOo.

On my Mac, when I copy/paste from Safari or Opera a blank line is inserted
anytime the raw source of
the web page indicates a <br>. Copy/Paste from Firefox or Google Chrome does
not insert a blank line
from the same source.

I tested the same in iWorks Pages and copy/paste worked properly from all
browsers. Also worked
properly with all browsers into Text Wrangler text editor.

This is a defect with copy/paste into OOo, not with the HTML component.

Please reopen.

Macbook, Mac OS 10.6.3, OOo 3.2
