I see two options:
a) removing the BUILD_TYPE for mythes but just delivering th_gen_idx.pl with
--with-system-mythes
b) .IF "$(SYSTEM_MYTHES)"'ing all calls to it but then we have two problems
again:
- we don't know where it is (no, it is not in /usr/bin/ in Debian!)
- the system-mythes version might already be the patched (-o) one, no idea
whether the old calling will work?
