It is in Tools > Options > Calc > Calculate. The same dialog in DEV300m85 is wider. But I cannot see whether it is wide enough, because the string is not translated in the language pack of DEV300m85 and there is no indication where the field ends. The text itself is not as clear as in the English version "Limit decimals for general number format", because the part "general" is missing.
