For example check PV and YIELD functions in Calc's Function Wizard. For some reason NPV function is using string "RATE" and I guess from string for RATE function's name. 1) RATE is somehow ugly string as an argument 2) In Finnish localization the names of functions are still in English. So this RATE string is in place of more suitable "Korko" as normally argument string "Rate" is translated. I don't know if there is any reason use "RATE" string here?
