fs->msc: The selected value does not appear in the filter navigator because
actually, the list box setup is broken: Its "Bound field" is 1 (and zero-based),
but the result set has only one column. So, there is no value field it can work
with (neither in filter nor in normal mode). Changing the "Bound field" property
to "0" (which is possible since CWS dba34a, but not in current MWS) fixes this.
